After the requirement review we agree the sample scope: a sample of an existing reference style, or a development sample made to your specification. You review the sample and approve the specification before bulk production.

Yes. Send a sketch, tech pack or sample. We review feasibility, propose yarn and gauge, and knit a development sample before bulk.

A dated sampling and bulk schedule is given with the quotation and confirmed on sample approval.

The sample policy is shown on each style page. Where a sample charge or courier cost applies, it is stated in the quotation before the sample is made.

They are indicative prices in USD per piece for the specification shown, by quantity band. Shipping, duties and customization are quoted separately, and the final price is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Sample scope, quotations and production timing are reviewed against the final specification. The website does not promise a fixed price or lead time.

There is no shopping cart or online card payment on this website. Orders are confirmed with a proforma invoice (PI), and you can choose either of two payment routes. Route 1: T/T bank transfer to the company USD account shown on the PI; after sign-in, the client area shows your order status, the PI for download and a form to upload your remittance proof. Route 2: place and pay the order in our Alibaba.com store, where payment and Trade Assurance follow the platform's process.

Payment method and payment stages are set out in the proforma invoice (PI) and confirmed in writing before production. Both routes are available, and you choose the one that suits you. For T/T orders the usual arrangement is a deposit after the PI is issued and the balance before shipment; each payment is confirmed once it reaches our bank account, and you can follow every step in the client area. For orders placed in our Alibaba.com store, payment stages follow the Alibaba.com order and Trade Assurance.

Lead time depends on yarn sourcing and dyeing, order quantity and the season. A dated sampling plan comes with your quotation, and the bulk production schedule is confirmed after you approve the sample.

Inspection follows three stages: an incoming check of yarn and trims against the approved specification, in-line checks during knitting, linking and finishing, and a final random inspection before packing. Measurements, workmanship and appearance are checked against the tolerances and criteria agreed with you before production. You receive inspection photos before shipment, and buyer or third-party inspection can be arranged.

The price basis (FOB, EXW or CIF) and the port are stated on the quotation and the proforma invoice. Freight, insurance and import duties are quoted separately or arranged by your forwarder, and HS codes are listed on each style page for your customs broker.

Yes. You receive inspection photos before shipment, and buyer or third-party inspection can be arranged.

Yes. Any reference style can carry your labels, hang tags and packaging, or be adapted in yarn, color and trims. Send your logo files and label requirements with your brief; branding details are confirmed in the specification review.

Send your logo files (AI, PDF or SVG), Pantone references and the label content required in your market with your brief. Main labels, care and composition labels, size labels, hang tags and packaging are confirmed in the specification review before sampling.

Testing is arranged to the requirements of your destination market, for example EN 14682 and REACH for the EU and UK or CPSIA for the USA, and quoted separately.

No. We develop your own designs or adapt our reference styles; we do not reproduce third-party branded or licensed products.

After sign-in you can follow your enquiries and orders, download the proforma invoice, upload remittance proof and message our team.
