How to Order & Pay
Six steps from your first enquiry to delivery, and two payment routes you can choose between.
There is no shopping cart on this website. Orders are confirmed with a proforma invoice (PI) after the sample and specification are approved, and you pay either by T/T bank transfer or through our Alibaba.com store with Trade Assurance.

STEP BY STEP
From enquiry to delivery
Each step ends with a decision from you, so nothing moves to the next stage without your written confirmation.
02 · Specification and quotation
We confirm the specification with you and reply with a quotation: price by quantity band, price basis and port, sample arrangements and a dated sampling plan.
03 · Sample
We knit the sample to the confirmed specification and send photos, then the sample itself. You review it and approve the final specification sheet before bulk production.
04 · Proforma invoice
You confirm quantities by style, color and size, packing and labelling details and the delivery address. We issue the proforma invoice (PI) with the commercial terms, payment stages and the production schedule.
05 · Payment and production
Choose your payment route, T/T against the PI or an order in our Alibaba.com store. Production starts when the first payment stage is received, and you receive progress updates and inspection photos.
06 · Shipment and documents
After the balance is received the goods are released to your forwarder or shipped as agreed on the PI. You receive the packing list, commercial invoice and tracking details.
PAYMENT
Two ways to pay
Both routes are available for every order; choose the one that suits your company. Payment stages are always stated on the PI and confirmed in writing before production.
Route 1 · T/T bank transfer
Transfer to the company USD account printed on the PI. After sign-in, the client area shows your order status, the PI for download and a form to upload your remittance proof; each payment is confirmed once it reaches our bank account.
Route 2 · Alibaba.com store with Trade Assurance
Place the order in our Alibaba.com store with the same specification and price as the PI. Payment stages and buyer protection then follow the Alibaba.com order and Trade Assurance process.
Before you pay
Check that the account name on the PI is our company name and that the PI came from our email address. We never ask for payment to a personal account or to an account that is not printed on the PI.
WHAT THE PI CONTAINS
Your proforma invoice
The PI is the formal quotation and order confirmation. It lists the styles and style codes; quantities by color and size; unit prices and the price basis (FOB, EXW or CIF) with the port; the payment route and stages; packing and labelling; the planned production and delivery dates; and the validity date.
AFTER PAYMENT
Following your order
Once production starts you can follow the order in the client area: production status, messages with our team, inspection photos before shipment and the shipping documents when the goods leave. Questions during production are answered in writing so that both sides keep the same record.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are listed per style on each style page. MOQs for new developments, special yarns and colors are confirmed at quotation.
How do I pay for my order?
There is no shopping cart or online card payment on this website. Orders are confirmed with a proforma invoice (PI), and you can choose either of two payment routes. Route 1: T/T bank transfer to the company USD account shown on the PI; after sign-in, the client area shows your order status, the PI for download and a form to upload your remittance proof. Route 2: place and pay the order in our Alibaba.com store, where payment and Trade Assurance follow the platform's process.
How is payment arranged?
Payment method and payment stages are set out in the proforma invoice (PI) and confirmed in writing before production. Both routes are available, and you choose the one that suits you. For T/T orders the usual arrangement is a deposit after the PI is issued and the balance before shipment; each payment is confirmed once it reaches our bank account, and you can follow every step in the client area. For orders placed in our Alibaba.com store, payment stages follow the Alibaba.com order and Trade Assurance.
Can I change the order after the PI is confirmed?
Changes to quantities, colors or specifications after the PI is confirmed are reviewed case by case. Changes after yarn has been purchased or production has started may affect the price and the schedule, and are confirmed in writing before they are applied.
