Information you provide
When you request a quote, we receive your name, business email address and project requirements. You may also provide your company name, WhatsApp or telephone number, and reference files. We record the selected product reference, enquiry source, submission time and subsequent handling status. Please provide only information and files that you are entitled to share with us. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your project, discuss specifications, prepare a response and follow up on your enquiry. Submission does not create an order or an online payment. A notification containing contact details and a summary of the enquiry is sent to our business email inbox. Attachments are not attached to that notification.
Access and service providers
Enquiry records are stored separately from our public product catalogue. Uploaded reference files are kept outside the website's public media directory and can be downloaded only by authorized staff. Our website host and email service provider process information as needed to operate these services. Our business inbox uses Gmail. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or other external services, those services also process information under their own policies.
Review and deletion
We review enquiry records once they are 365 days old and remove records and files that are no longer needed. Information needed for an ongoing project, agreed business relationship or applicable record-keeping obligation may need to be retained longer. This review is performed by our team; it is not an automatic deletion timer. You can contact our business email to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Technical information and external content
The website uses technical information to operate the service and limit abusive submissions. The enquiry service uses a one-way hash derived from the connection address for rate limiting. The hosting service may also maintain technical access logs. Cookie preferences can be managed through the website's cookie controls. Where a YouTube video is offered, the player is loaded when you choose to play it and connects to YouTube; its own privacy and cookie practices then apply.
Continue with Google
If you choose Google login, Google processes the sign-in request and shares your name, verified email and Google account identifier with Li County Ziqing Trading Co., Ltd. for customer login. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or contacts, store your Google password, or download your profile photo. Your account remains private; the 365-day manual inactivity review also applies. Google processes sign-in data under its own privacy policy. Email login remains available. When you choose Google sign-in, your browser connects to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser information and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. We use a temporary security cookie to protect the login flow.
Your client profile
Li County Ziqing Trading Co., Ltd. uses your name, email and optional company, phone and WhatsApp details to maintain your private client profile and prefill future enquiries. These details are not published with products or used to enrol you in marketing. Past enquiries keep their original details. Inactive accounts are reviewed manually after 365 days; contact jadeweavertextiles@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion.
